I am a bath lover. I have two baths every single day, more if I am poorly. It is my little haven away from everyday life where I can just relax, snooze, catch up on You Tube, or just take a moment of calm in what has been a pretty rough year for me. Even though I love baths all year round, there’s something more magical about them in the Winter months, when you have been at work all day, and even your bones are cold, it’s beyond perfection to climb into a hot bath full of lovely, lovely products.
Mandala Spa is an easily accessible bathing and skincare brand, which continue to release beautiful products at great price points, to pamper yourself with, or even present to someone as a gift. Their most recent release sees the Exotic Escape fragrance take inspiration from the pampering spa rituals of Indonesia and is infused with an evocative blend of coconut oil, spices and floral fragrance.
This isn’t a festive scent, so if you are all about that, then this isn’t the scent for you, however it is definitely a deliciously uplifting scent which reminds me of far sunnier climes. Debuting the fragrance are three deeply nourishing bath products, which have each been formulated with an exotic cocktail of ingredients including yoghurt, lotus flower milk, rose flower petals, aloe and cocoa. So much skin and sensory goodness here!
The three products include the Exotic Escape Bath Cream, which costs £7 for 500ml, which can be swirled into a hot running bath, the Exotic Escape Honey Bath, priced at £10 for 500ml, yet this comes beautifully presented in a glass jar, and leave your skin feeling nourished and super silky, and the Exotic Escape Bath Soaks, which are £7 for four bath melts, which are full of petals and contain a fragrant blend of coconut and sweet almond oil to really treat the skin when it may be at its weakest during the colder months.
Whether a treat for yourself, a solitary gift for someone else, or even mixing and matching to give them the full trio, these make wonderful and very thoughtful presents for a friend or loved one this Christmas.
